Description

Description

Abundance Point is a an incredible opportunity for a regenerative, sustainable, and/or permaculture trained farmer to actually profit without land or machinery debt!
This 23 acre (with more available to lease at owner expense...not yours) investment property offers the farmer shareholder, not “debt holder” status for pigs, chickens, eggs, produce and a lucrative side hustle as compost producer and campground manager.
Located on a beautiful lakefront peninsula on 70,000 acre Clarks Hill Lake near thriving, growing community of Fort Gordon/CSRA/Augusta GA, this valuable investment property will transition to a sustainable neighborhood in 5 years, providing our farmer with long term shareholder profit and a built in market.
We have a tractor, grazing rights with the local power company, a members club for easy, USDA-free options for meat and produce purchase, local farmers markets, and a USDA processing facility within 5 miles for sale options. Nearby Defense Commissary offers requirement to purchase local produce. Free housing and medical benefits included. You’re, not an employee, you’re a shareholder in the corporation after a one year probation period.
We believe that farmers shouldn’t have to go into debt to be profitable, that neighborhoods and farms should go hand in hand, and that investment properties should be sustainable.
This is a great place to live, with plenty of fishing, hunting, and financial stability. Our campground has 40 sites including power and water and will net between $250-400,000 this year, of which our farmer/manager will receive 20%.
Our barn includes housing, compost production, equipment storage, tools that you don’t have to purchase, a processing facility for livestock and game, and a commercial kitchen.
Farming can be profitable as well as sustainable. Join us!
