We are a small farm with a large vision to provide our community with pasture raised meats and year-round herbs and vegetables from our ever-expanding market garden. We produce food for our Wednesday Farm Stand (May-Oct,) two local Farmers Markets (Red Bluff and Redding,) and our vegetable CSA members. We are looking for energetic individuals who are highly motivated to contribute to the success of our regenerative farm. Our daily work plans involve a variety of tasks in our expanding, low-till market garden including harvesting and processing vegetables, performing bed turns, transplanting, seeding, weeding, irrigation set up and repair, and infrastructure improvements. Candidates should have at least one season of experience with agriculture or outdoor labor. Working full days outdoors is required. We seek to foster a hardworking (but fun) environment that will contribute to our local food community in a positive way while building ecology and healthy soil.

Location Specifics

We are located just a few miles out from I-5 and are approximately 30 minutes South of Redding and an hour North of Chico.
