My name is Kohl Carter. I am an experienced grazier and land manager. My wife and I have 2 daughters and we are looking to find some land that will allow us to expand our cowherd.
I am looking to lease enough land to run a mid-sized cattle, sheep, or goat grazing operation (enough land to run at least 250 cows year round).
My hope is to find either a land owner who values soil health and wants to see their land support a family business or to find an experienced, retiring rancher who would like to transition their business to the next generation.

We want to build a business that first and foremost supports our family. We want to manage that business in a way that results in the land becoming more productive and resilient year after year. We want to support the community around us. We don't have any lofty goals. We just want to spend our lives doing meaningful work and build a business that we can be proud of.

Our family consists of me, my wife, our 6 year old twin daughters, and my mother in law. We have a border collie.
