We are looking for a potential partner or partners to work and possibly live at our organic sustainable farm. We have at least two opportunities to offer. One opportunity would be working on the farm, growing fruits and vegetables and helping out with the farm animals. The other opportunity would be working in our greenhouse growing and selling rare succulents and heritage and heirloom vegetables/fruits. Ideally we would be providing the resources like the land, water, electricity, animals… and you would be providing us with labor to help the farm grow. We could have a 50-50 split on the profits generated. We are open to discussions regarding how to split the profits in a fair manner based on the amount of labor you put in. Ideally you would also be able to run an eBay page for sales or some forum similar to Ebay. The farm is in the Concho and snowflake area of Arizona. It does not get very hot here and rarely hits 100°. We are located in a rural area in a great community. Lots of sunshine, fresh air and wildlife. We currently have a poultry farm and a succulent business. We are looking to expand the farm in other directions which may include additional animals, fish and bees.
