Description

Description

My one acre is restricted to gardening, rabbits, and dogs only, but there are opportunities to lease the pastureland I border. Interested in a female farmer or couple to share responsibilities with. Housing is included. Potential for RV living, on land as well.

Location Specifics

In the 1980s a farmer sold most of his orchard to a developer and the orchard became my neighborhood. That farmer’s son-in-law (85) grand daughter and great-grandson still live in the original farm house. I believe there is a good opportunity to comply with my HOA by raising rabbits, boarding or training dogs, and gardening my land, and proposing to lease the pasture my land borders for raising animals, but I can not do it all alone.

Position Description

Am open to providing room and board and commission, as well as cash investment for expenses for the right fit. This wouldn’t be a 9-5 arrangement, as we’d be sharing living quarters, but I’ve had over 59 roommates in my life and have lived all over the world with those people, so I’m confident that the right person would enjoy my company.

Expectations

The whole thing is currently flexible, as I have only started what I can maintain alone, which isn’t much with my job and long commute.

Application Process

Email introduction, phone meeting, virtual meeting, in person meeting, weekend trial, week/month trial, etc.
