Be part of something amazing! We are producing clean, nutritious raw milk for our herdshare members and looking for an exceptional person to manage our Raw Dairy, 6 days a week (once-a-day milking).

Duties include:

-Milking 8-16 jersey cows

-CIP cleanup

-Powerwashing dairy

-In charge of breeding program, pregnancy testing, and dry-off schedules

-Daily in-house laboratory milk testing

-In charge of moving cows to new pasture

-Feeding cows with tractor and baleage

-Bottling milk

-Stocking milk, in charge of responding to demand fluctuations

All duties must be performed with incredible attention to detail, cleanliness, and responsibility.

This is a 24-30-hr/week position.

We are located about 30 minutes from Columbus, Ohio

We are on 40 acres of mixed pasture and woodland. There is a creek dividing our land with a crossing. We are working on opening up new silvopasture land for the cows.

We are a mere 7 miles from the new mega Intel project. With tremendous growth our the area in the near future, coupled with existing demand of regenerative raw milk, eggs, and meat, we are excited to continue growing and making the farm an amazing place. We are in our 10th year of business and have a very busy on-farm store and have plans for much more. We exceed RAWMI guidelines in laboratory numbers and are excited about growing our raw milk offerings, offer tours of our setup, and educational, agritourism experiences.
