We are in Winston County Alabama. The land is gently rolling hills with pasture and woodland, creeks and stone bluffs.

What we ask assuming you are chosen after the interview:

Written 5 year plan both goals and financial

Pay utilities (electric, and wifi)

Pay $5 for every hour of tractor use as well as the diesel needed

Keep the place as good or better than you found it

For 4 months out of the year host Air B and B for tiny home ½ mile away

For 4 months out of the year care for owners garden and animals (chickens, a few cows, and a couple of donkeys) Owner lives ¼ mile from house.
